INTRODUCTION

Teams are vital to the success of any Buddhist organization. For effective running of activities, projects, and organizations, leaders need to be able to build effective teams. This program takes leaders through the importance of building teams who are Dhamma-inspired – from identifying, assembling team members to motivating and inspiring them towards a common vision.
