INTRODUCTION

Buddhist leaders need to engage effectively with people, especially with members who come with their personal issues. The ability to listen and counsel is a vital skill that leaders need to have to be able to connect with others and help them transform from darkness to light. Participants are leaders of Buddhist organizations who will learn the skills and approaches to be a counselor leader.
