An experienced LEAN Practitioner, the Principal, Trainer and Consultant of Eagle’s Vision LEAN Academy. He is currently the President of Buddhist Gem Fellowship, exco of Theravada Buddhist Council of Malaysia, a Dhamma Teacher focused on Buddhist Education; managing Dhamma Minders programme for Sunday School Facilitators & Teachers; conducting the e-Correspondence courses & Online Dhamma e-Learning Series; and organized the Gem Empowered Missioners programme for Dhammaduta.
