The main focus of the GLAD program is to change the mindset of Buddhist Leaders to have a sense of mission guided by Dhammapada verse 182.

At the end of the program, participants will have an in-depth understanding of the Dhammapada verse 182 as the guiding principles.

2. Hard is the life of mortals
3. Hard is the opportunity of hearing the Dhamma
4. Rare is the appearance of the Buddha
