Brief info
As Head of Programmes for Advancement in Dhamma Leadership (PADDLE), Dd Nee Wern spearheads the design and delivery of programmes to build leadership skill-sets of Buddhist leaders. An experienced Buddhist leader, Nee Wern is one of the pioneers of the Subang Jaya Buddhist Association Youth Section, and subsequently chaired the Inter College and Varsity (INCOVAR) Camp of the BGF. He served as Head of Learning & Development in Buddhist Gem Fellowship. He is a founding member of i.gemz, a Buddhist music group that produced three inspiring albums. Nee Wern is an engaging Dhamma Speaker, and has given talks to various Buddhist organisations. He is a Consultant by profession, and he brings a wealth of experience from corporate field into Buddhist leadership.
